Some tourists believe that the instructor is a cross between an army sergeant and a draft horse. For such a person, they say, there is nothing sweeter than shouting “Let’s rise!!!” and carry a 100-ton backpack. That's all he does! A tourist looks at such an instructor and does not believe that it could be hard, cold or hot (underline as appropriate).
Well, maybe there are some like this somewhere. And on our fertile land, another breed of tourism instructors is much more common. These are not “monsters”, but ordinary people.
Like all people, they love to eat delicious food, and as a result, they know how to cook not only barley. They love to chat with tourists around the fire, which is probably why their morning sleep is especially sound. They don’t feel sorry for anything for the sake of what they love, and therefore, they easily invest all their money in new equipment, which makes the backpack heavier and heavier. This makes her shoulders and head hurt (she constantly thinks about what to throw out of her backpack). And then the instructor decisively refuses such vital things on a hike as TV, high-speed Internet and a hot shower. What can you do for the quiet joy of transporting cargo over long distances? In good company, of course.
