On August 6, a decree was issued on a complete ban on visiting the mountain-forest zone. This was done to prevent the threat of fires in extreme heat.
In this regard, I invite everyone to hikes in the Carpathians. The summer there was rainy, there was no threat of fires, and there was no wild heat. For tourists who have already purchased tickets to Crimea to participate in our August hikes, we offer an additional 10% discount for the “transition” to Carpathian hikes.
The rescue service has completely stopped registering tourist groups. There are no permitted routes, everything is prohibited except underwater tourism :)
All roads leading into the forest are blocked, a fire department helicopter is patrolling over the mountains, most excursion routes are closed: Marble Cave, Jur-Jur waterfall, Valley of Ghosts, Ai-Petri battlements, Grand Canyon, Mangup and many others. There is a massive eviction of “savages” from coastal tent camps located near the forest (for example, Figs near Balaklava).
One good thing is that there are no fires yet. Nevertheless, it would not be a bad idea to pray together for the sending of rain (see photo). Without precipitation, the situation is unlikely to change (for the better).
For those who decide to go to the Carpathians instead of Crimea, just in case, I remind you that these mountains are located in different parts of Ukraine. To get to the Carpathians, you need a ticket to Ivano-Frankivsk. Meeting of the group at 13:40 (immediately upon arrival of the Moscow train).
