This report is about the tour: Svidovets
Just returned from a hike to Lake Synevyr, Carpathians. I really liked it. Everything was on the level. I've been hiking since I was 5 years old, so I know what I'm talking about.
Our instructor was Vanya - an optimistic and cheerful guy. He was well versed in the forest area and knew the route very well (including the location of water springs).
The company of tourists was really nice. The ages of the people were very different, we all soon became friends and got along well, and at the end of the hike we exchanged coordinates. As Vanya himself said, “Bad people don’t go camping,” and this is true!
Regarding the terrain, I can say that Synevyr was not so surprised as the route to it itself, which led us along the tops of mountains, through small reservoirs and paths. Sometimes you walk without feeling your legs, you no longer want anything and are tired of everything, but when you climb to the top of one of the mountains like Grofa, all the negativity is blown away from you by gusts of wind, which give you a second wind...
And what a view it is! It is impossible to let go of the camera! It is at such moments that pride in one’s country manifests itself, because where else will you see this...
Food. Fine. The main food was cooked over a fire; snacks were carried with them. We had everything we needed (including chocolate, a variety of cheeses, sausages, cookies, raisins, nuts. There was also condensed milk, dried apricots, dates, grilled vegetables, a lot of sweets, and other goodies). Personally, I didn't go hungry.
I have only good memories of the hike, I recommend it to everyone! Outdoor Ukraine, keep it up!
