Chauda cape is a monument of the nature (1964). It closes the vast arch of the Feodosian Bay from the east. In the sands and shell rocks of ancient terrace which lies in 20 metres above the sea level you can see numerous petrified shells of mollusces of the ancient Chauda sea.
