Nature monument of state importance (1975). This is the place where the river Belbek broke through the inner mountain range. Sheer slopes of the gorge are weathered and form an uncommon complex of the original natural sculptures which resemble either lurked gigantic monsters or Egyptian sphinxes... The depth of the canyon is 160 metres and it is about 300 metres wide in its upper part.
