Syuren is a natural mainsail, discovered in 1964, situated in the valley of Belbek. This wide mainsail attracted atention of the primeval people, who lived here 15-20 thousand years ago. They chose this place because of the closeness of the water. Besides it provided a comfortable accomodation for them. The place served as a halting place for the primeval people of the mesolithik period. Numerous flint tools, the bones of the extinct animals, such as: bear, giant deer, wild horse and the bull were found here.
