Old man's fun

Did you know that the game of hopscotch is terribly ancient and very international? It was widely known already under the Romans, which means it was invented by Pithecanthropus :) Moreover, males. Wikipedia claims that until the beginning of the 20th century, only boys played hopscotch (with rare exceptions). And then something changed on this planet and girls began to jump on one leg, and boys lost interest in playing classes. This happened almost everywhere. Almost, because literally this spring, in Nepal on the trek to Everest, I photographed boys practicing this ancient male pastime.
