One of the participants in the hike (Kostya from Chelyabinsk) spoke so “deliciously” about yoga that our girls begged us to show him a couple of exercises. Well, since the ground in the parking lot was rocky, and we were just trying to pack rugs into our backpacks, the asanas (exercises) were chosen to be “standing.” #Turkey
