Nature reserve "Alchak Cape" is situated on the north of Sudak. The cape has over 150 metres in hight, as a gigantic stone statue it rises above the Black Sea. It is made of upper-jurassic limestones which consist of petrified corals, sea-urchins, various shells. On the slope of the mountain aeolian hole has formed, through which picturesque sight on the Crimean South coast is opening.
